Chris Steele

Chris Steeleis the current bassist for the Canadian post-hardcore band Alexisonfire. Chris is also the youngest member of the band. Chris attended Governor Simcoe Secondary School in St. Catharines. Chris has a side project named The Smoking Bowls. According to Chart magazine, issue #178, he played in Austin, Texas for the Independent Music World Series on October 11, 2007.

He currently resides in St. Catherines with fellow Alexisonfire band mate and best friend Wade MacNeil.

His favourite bands are Green Day, Logh, Don Caballero, Tears for Fears, Styles of Beyond, and This Day Forward.

Favourite movies are "The Wedding Singer", "Dog Day Afternoon", "A Bronx Tale", "Memento", "School of Rock", and "Rosemary's Baby". Chris' favourite books are "Camp Nowhere" and "Why am I Afraid of Bees?".

Chris' favourite foods are quesadillas, fruit smoothies, bruschetta, oriental chicken salad, Watermelon and Long Island Ice Tea.

His hobbies include skateboarding, watercolor painting, basketball, and cruising at dusk and hanging with Aaron C.

He currently drives a beige 2008 Volkswagen Jetta and a new model BMW 760Li
